Equimist Evolution Packages

Created for those customers that are truly dedicated to the sport and want consistency for their partners. The Equimist Evolution contract allows you to build a package that meets the needs of your year in the sport. We have developed a unique mix of animal communication, life coaching, training, and motivational work that will have you and your equine partners dancing all the way to the winners circle!

Equimist Evolution Services

Check-Ins:

  • Daily check-ins are a great way to really up your performance game.  Happy horses are good athletes.  It is important to know, with daily check-ins, that horses do get increasingly happier and may have less to say as time goes on.
    • If there are specific things that you want to know for the daily check-in, please submit your requests before 5 am the day of the check-in.  Check-ins will be between 5 am and 7am EST and delivered to you via email. 
    • Check-ins will take place Monday-Friday unless requested otherwise and approved by The Equimist.  In performance circumstances, the schedule may be altered. Keep in mind that the weekend is Jenna’s time to be with her family.  But she is also super excited about the outcome of their performances.
    • Check-ins, in this case, are about 5-7 min. and cover the brass tacks.
    • This option may be ideal in some cases, as the information will be more concentrated and may allow it to be easier to know which piece of the puzzle needs tackled first.
  • Weekly check-ins are also a great option and can get you going for your week.
    • If there are specific things that you want to know for the weekly check-in, please submit your requests before 5 am the day of the check-in.  Check-ins will be between 5 am and 7pm EST and delivered to you via email. 
    • Check-ins will take place Mondays unless requested otherwise and approved by The Equimist.  In performance circumstances, the schedule may be altered. Keep in mind the weekend is Jenna’s time to be with her family.  But we are also super excited about the outcome of their performances.
    • Check-ins, in this case, are 10-12 minutes per horse.
    • They should get you a good 2-3 things they would like you to keep in mind as their week goes on.
  • Bi-Weekly check-ins still make the barn run more smoothly.  It can address any changes that they may need and feed back that they may have.
    • If there are specific things that you want to know for the bi-weekly check-in, please submit your requests before 5 am the day of the check-in.  Check-ins will be between 5 am and 7pm EST and delivered to you via email. 
    • Check-ins will take place the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month unless requested otherwise and approved by The Equimist.  In performance circumstances, the schedule may be altered. Keep in mind the weekend is Jenna’s time to be with her family.  But we are also super excited about the outcome of their performances.
    • Check-ins, in this case, are 15 minutes per horse.
    • This is the equivalent of a 15 min. Reading, it would be worthwhile to have a question also available for this time.
  • Monthly check-ins are the equivalent of a 30 minute reading. It is beneficial to have 3-5 questions ready.  
    • If there are specific things that you want to know for the monthly check-in, please submit your requests before 5 am the day of the check-in.  Check-ins will be between 5 am and 7pm EST and delivered to you via email. 
    • Check-ins will take place the first Monday of every month unless requested otherwise and approved by The Equimist.  In performance circumstances, the schedule may be altered. Keep in mind the weekend is Jenna’s time to be with her family.  But we are also super excited about the outcome of their performances.
    • Check-ins, in this case, are 20-30 minutes per horse.
    • Because this is not a phone call, it is generally slower paced and will not cover quite as much as a 30 minute reading over the phone.

Phone Calls:

  • 2 hour phone calls can include as many horses as you like.
    • Horses sometimes do more dictating than we do, so have an order of importance ready.
    • If you would like to get through your whole list please provide The Equimist with your plan 24 hours before the phone call so she may check-in and let them know the schedule.
      • We don’t want anyone to feel reluctant to communicate in the future because they feel their time got cut short.

Local Farm Visits:

  • Local farms are defined as a 55 mile radius of Frankfort, Kentucky.
    • Mileage will be charged for distances further than 55 miles.
    • Please inquire for local farms outside of the 55 mile radius.
  • On our farm visit we can talk to anyone and everyone, as long as we stay within the time frame chosen in the option.
  • Again picking an order of importance ahead of time may be beneficial.
  • Our time begins upon arrival and ends upon completion of the allotted time.

Venting with Voxer:

  • Voxer is a voicemail type format where you may leave voice messages in which The Equimist can respond back at its earliest convenience.  Get your things off your chest! (we will teach you how to use it).
    • Great for letting things go, and feeling supported as you walk your path to victory!

On-site Full Immersion :

  • The most important reason to book these ahead of time is availability.  The faster we have it on the calendar, that time becomes officially yours and you will not lose it.
    • If booked later in the year, time is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
    • Price does not include cost of travel or accommodations. 
    • Accommodations must be approved by The Equimist before booking travel.
    • More trips may be negotiated at a discount rate for existing clients.
    • This includes full Equimist services.  The Equimist understands the extent of the equine competition industry and that this time very well may include around the clock hours.  We are committed to the job.

In order to create your custom Equimist Evolution Year, please enjoy using our customizable chart to get an idea of what you are looking for. **Please place the letter that corresponds with the service you would like to have each month.  It does not have to be consistent throughout the year.  This leaves room for doing monthly readings some months, daily’s others, farm visits, etc.  So that the package may fluctuate with your busy seasons.
